These terms of use (the "Terms of Use") govern your use of our website www.tezyes.com (the "Website") and our "TezYes" application for mobile and handheld devices (the "App"). The Website and the App are jointly referred to as the "Platform". Please read these Terms of Use carefully before you use the services. By installing, downloading, or using the Platform, you shall be contracting with TezYes and you provide your acceptance to these Terms of Use and other TezYes policies (including the Privacy Policy).
TezYes operates an e-commerce platform and acts as a facilitator between Buyers and Merchants. All commercial/contractual terms are offered by and agreed to between Buyers and Merchants alone. TezYes is not responsible for any non-performance or breach of any contract entered into between Buyers and Merchants on the Platform.
To use our service, you must create an account. We will ask for personally identifiable information, which may include your name, phone number, and e-mail address.
SMS Messaging & OTP: By providing your phone number and requesting a One-Time Password (OTP), you expressly consent to receive automated SMS messages from TezYes (operated by UZWIDE INC) for authentication, security updates, and account notifications.
Opt-Out: Message and data rates may apply. You may receive one message per request. You can opt-out and stop receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message received from us. For support regarding messaging, you can contact us at info@tezyes.com or reply HELP.
TezYes reserves the right to investigate and take legal action against anyone who engages in prohibited activities, including but not limited to: Using the Platform for any purpose in violation of laws; Posting personal info of others without consent; Posting spam; Harvesting information about others without consent.
Payment shall be processed by our third-party payment service provider(s). With your consent, your payment information will be stored with our third-party payment service provider(s) for future orders. TezYes does not store your credit card or payment information directly on its servers.
TezYes reserves the right to cancel any order at any time due to product unavailability, out-of-coverage areas, or other unavoidable circumstances.
TezYes reserves the right to change or modify these Terms at any time by posting changes on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the date of changes will be deemed as your agreement to the amended Terms.
